Added IT4I Agent user guide. IT4I Agent is a module that can assist you with your work on that specific cluster. It can answer questions about the status of the cluster and your jobs, draft or review scripts and more.

Added documentation for Barbora NG. Also, note the NUMA domain-based node partitioning. Resource accounting formula is the same as for Barbora.

24/2/2026 Added Job Budgeting CLI Client Tools Section

Added the Job Budgeting CLI Client Tools section describing usage of the get_energy and get_energy_admin command-line utilities used to query job energy consumption and (for admins) monitoring data for partitions or nodes.
