Access to IT4I Services¶
Once you have created an e-INFRA CZ or an IT4I account, you can access the following IT4I services:
IT4Innovations Information System (SCS IS)¶
SCS IS is a system where users can apply for a project membership and primary investigators can apply for a project or manage their projects (e.g. accept/deny users' requests to become project members). You can also submit a feedback on support services, etc. SCS IS is available on https://scs.it4i.cz/.
Request Tracker (RT)¶
If you have a question or need help, you can contact our support on https://support.it4i.cz/. Please note that first response to a new ticket may take up to 24 hours.
Cluster Usage Overview¶
For information about the current clusters usage, go to https://extranet.it4i.cz/rsweb. You can switch between the clusters by clicking on its name in the upper right corner. You can filter your search by clicking on the respective keywords.
